[483] Chicago Bears +15
Chicago Bears @ Seattle Seahawks - UNDER 43.5
The Bears will be without their starting quarterback, Jay Cutler. However, like I’ve said on our NFL Week 1 Recap from a Betting Perspective podcast, the way for the Bears to be successful is to run the ball at least 65% of the time and pass it 35% or less. Replacing Cutler will be Jimmy Clausen, who has only played in 4 games the last 3 seasons. Due to the fact that I think the Bears would be auccessful running the majority of the time and that they are mainly left with no other decision, is why I like them to cover the double-digit 15 point spread. The Seahawks haven’t won a game this season and you expect them to get a 16 point or higher victory? No way! I expect the Bears to cover this spread and because I believe the Bears will rely on the run game heavily, this should dictate a slow pace to the game, which will equate to a low scoring game which will stay under the 43.5 point total.
